Complete Energy Services Inc. Acquires Assets from Enervest Operating

Complete Energy Services Inc. (CES) is proud to announce the purchase from Enervest Operating (EV) of 2 swab rigs: 1 with over 9,000’ of 9/16” line and 1 with 8,000’ of 9/16” compacted line and, also, a 80 bbl. vacuum truck. This has grown our total fleet over 40+ units.

Complete Energy Services, Inc. Acquires Mountain Resources, Inc.

October 21, 2012 – Pierpont, Ohio

To better serve customer needs and operate even more efficiently, Complete Energy Services, Inc. (CES) has acquired the assets of Mountain Resources, Inc.

This acquisition has doubled the CES water truck fleet, and has added personnel. In addition, CES acquired 300 bbl frac tanks and 2 winch trucks with the arrangement.
